報名須知 Instructions for Registration

♦ 對象:真理大學線上華語課程僅適用於已在台灣境內,想學習華語,但無研習中文簽證之需求者。

Subjects: AU CLC online courses are availbable for those who are already in Taiwan and do not have a need for visa for learning Chinese.

♦ 上課時間:

1.依個人需求選擇上課時數,至少須報名10小時,可選擇10小時,20小時或30小時之套裝課程。每次上課時間為2小時,每週至少上課2小時,課程需於3個月內完成。

2.上課時間得和老師協調訂定,週日、學校假日及國定假日不排課。

Class Hours

1. Choose the number of hours according to individual needs. At least 10 hours of class are required. You can choose either 10-hour, 20-hour, or 30-hour package courses. Each class is 2 hours a week, and the course must be completed within 3 months.

2. The class time must be coordinated with the teacher, and there are no classes on Sundays, school holidays and national holidays.

♦ 教材課本:

1.一般個人班:使用中心指定教材。

2.特殊個人班:提供個別化教學,內容皆依學生需求客製化訂定。(學員可指定教材/主題,如:生活華語、商務觀光華語、法律華語或針對TOCFL等)。

Textbooks

1. General individual class: Use the textbooks designated by the teacher or the center.

2. Special individual class: Based on individualized teaching, the content is customized according to the needs of students. For example, students canspecify teaching materials/topics, such as: Chinese for daily life, Chinese for business/sightseeing, legal Chinese, or TOCFL study, etc.

♦ 收費標準:非固定金額,每學期依實際情形變動價格

1.學費不包含教材費。

2.需自行找同伴一起報名。

Fee standard: Not a fixed amount and the price may change every semester according to the actual situation

♦ 線上華語課程報名步驟

步驟一:請確認欲報名時數後,先填寫線上申請表

步驟二:在收到學員的申請表之後,中心將以信件方式回覆相關資訊。

步驟三:如果學員同意確定要上課,可以在規定期限內付款。銀行繳費之手續費,由申請學員負擔 。

步驟四:開課前連線測試會議室並溝通學習需求後,開始上課。

Registration steps for online Chinese courses

Step 1: Please fill out the online application form after confirming the number of hours you want to register (please log in with your google mailbox)

Step 2: After receiving the student's application form, the center will reply with relevant information by letter.

Step 3: If the student agrees to attend the class, he can make the payment within the specified time limit. The handling fee for bank payment shall beborne by the applicant.

Step 4: After confirming connecting to the conference room and informing of learning needs before the start of the class, the teacher can start theclass.

♦ 課程規定與相關須知

1.本課程為線上授課,請自備具上網功能之相關視訊設備(如手機、平板電腦、或有鏡頭及麥克風的桌上型電腦等)。

2.若當天上課有任何緊急情況,如聯絡不上老師的問題,請於第一時間以電子郵件方式 brendachen08@gmail.com通知辦公室。

3.師生雙方須於每日課程進行前3分鐘同步登入,並確認網路或設備等無任何問題,以便能準時上課。

4.請假規定:如需請假,須於上課前24小時通知教師或辦公室,1個月的課程請假上限為2次,超過次數或未能如期請假,不予補課。如需補課,最遲應於課程結束後7天內另找老師協調補課時間,逾期不得再要求補課。

5.本課程不提供成績單與結業證書,僅提供修課時數証明。

6.退費規定依本中心退費規定辦理。

Rules amd Notes

1. This course is taught online, please set up own related video equipment with Internet access (such as mobile phone, tablet computer, or desktopcomputer with lens and microphone, etc.

2. If there is any emergency in the class on the day, such as the problem that the teacher cannot be contacted, please email the office atbrendachen08@gmail.com as soon as possible.

3. Both teachers and students must log in 3 minutes before the daily class, and confirm that there is no problem with the network or equipment, sothat they can attend class on time.

4. Leave regulations: If students need to ask for leave, students must notify the teacher or the office 24 hours before the class. The maximum numberof leave for a month is 2 times. If students exceed the number of leave or fail to ask for leave on time, no make-up class will be given. If students needto make up lessons, the CLC office should find another teacher and coordinate the time for making up lessons within 7 days after the end of thecourse at the latest, and students cannot ask for making up lessons after the deadline.

5. This course does not provide transcripts and certificates of completion, but only proof of the number of hours taken.

6. Refund regulations shall be handled in accordance with the center’s refund regulations.

♦ 退費規定

1.華語文研習班正式開課日前一天申請退費,退還學費九成。

2.華語文研習班正式開課後,若因個人因素,而申請退費者,開課後未逾該班授課時數三分之一,退還學費五成;開課後已逾該班授課時數三分之一,不予退費。

3.欲辦理退費者,得於事件發生一星期內,填寫退費申請表,並檢附所需文件,且須自行負擔匯款手續費用,匯款手續費將從匯款內扣除。

4. 退費一律採匯款方式退費,請提供存摺封面清晰影本。

Refund Policy

1.Students who submit a refund form one day before the CLP course starts are entitled to a 90% refund of the tuition.

2.After a CLP semester starts, students who, due to personal reasons, submit a refund request before passing the first third of the total class hours areentitled to a 50% refund; no refund will be granted after the first third of the total class hours.

3.Students who intend to request a refund must complete the refund request form within one week of the incident and attach required documents,then submit them to the responsible authority. Students are responsible for any remittance surcharges, which will be deducted from the refundamount.

4.Refund is paid by remittance, please provide a clear photocopy of the cover page of the applicant’s bank account book.
